The success of the 3 Tomatoes & A
Mozzarella system is based upon uniform quality
and service being delivered at all levels of
operations from each franchised location.
Training is a high priority and we have made a
major commitment of time and resources to
develop a complete curriculum. New franchisees
and store management participate in our
four-week comprehensive training program. This
is a full-scale, educational experience
encompassing classroom study and in-store
training to simulate live restaurant
operations. Each franchisee learns how a store
is operated in accordance with corporate
standards for cleanliness, performance, quality
of food, service and operational efficiency.
Because training is a high priority, 3 Tomatoes
provides a comprehensive training program for
all franchisees and their key personnel. This
training program includes:
• A comprehensive 4-week training program at one
of our corporate stores including educational
materials.
• Detailed Store Operations Manual
• Detailed Equipment Manual
• Pictorial Product Quality Guides
• Testing programs for both management and
Hourly Trainees
• On-going training programs.
• A complete process for getting new stores up
and running.
• Regular visits to the store to refine and
improve the operation.
• Planning for your Grand Opening
• 7 day a week phone consultations.
• Confidential, on-line manuals for operations,
training and recipes.
In addition to our extensive classroom and
in-store training, we provide an Opening Team to
work in the restaurant prior to the opening of
each location. The team simulates every aspect
of real operations ensuring that all the
functions will be performed in accordance to
corporate standards. After the restaurant
opening, The Opening Team will remain in the
restaurant for at least one week to further
train and assist management and hourly
employees. |
