To qualify for a 3 Tomatoes & A Mozzarella franchise, prospective franchisees must have a net worth of at least $250,000 (not including personal effects, residences, automobiles, etc.), of which $125,000 must be in cash or liquid assets.

Franchise fees are $35,000 for the first restaurant with a $10,000 deposit required to hold each subsequent restaurant developed under an Area Development Agreement. The deposit will be applied towards the franchise fee, which is due upon development. Franchisees also pay 3 Tomatoes & A Mozzarella a 5% royalty on weekly gross sales.
